Jim Koenigsaecker

Jim Koenigsaecker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovations Housing, Incorporated and its subsidiaries, Building Innovations Group, Incorporated and Building Innovations Group, East Africa, Limited. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Shasta Cascade and a member of the US Bank Advisory Board. Jim is a graduate of Ohio University, has studied at the Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the Leadership Redding program. He is also a General Building Contractor licensed by the Contractors State License Board and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. Before joining Innovations Housing seven years ago, Jim spent 10 years with the E.W. Scripps Company. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Redding, the Chamber of Commerce, the Shasta Builder's Exchange, the U.S. Green Building Council, the National Association of Home Builders, and Riverview Golf and Country Club. Jim was a member of the committee that undertook the restoration of the historic Cascade Theatre. He was appointed to and served on the City of Redding's Oral Board, Downtown Parking Committee, and Bikeway Assessment Committee. Jim was also a member of the campaigns that successfully elected Mary Stegall and Missy McArthur to the Redding City Council. Jim and his wife Nisha have two young daughters, Zoe and Madeline. The Koenigsaeckers enjoy cycling, golfing, mountain climbing, traveling and cooking together.
