Jim Koenigsaecker

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jim Koenigsaecker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovations Housing and its subsidiary, Building Innovations Group. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Shasta Cascade. Jim is a graduate of Ohio University, has studied at the Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the Leadership Redding program. He is also a General Building Contractor licensed by the Contractors State License Board and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. Before joining Innovations Housing, Jim spent 10 years with the E.W. Scripps Company. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Redding, the Chamber of Commerce, the Shasta Builder's Exchange, the Shasta Land Trust, Turtle Bay Museum, Viva Downtown, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the National Association of Home Builders. Jim was a member of the committee that undertook the restoration of the historic Cascade Theatre. He was also appointed to and served on the City of Redding's Oral Board and the Redding City Council's Downtown Parking Committee.
