Kirk Wayman
Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Kirk Wayman is the Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Innovations Housing, Incorporated and its subsidiary Building Innovations Group, Incorporated. Before becoming an officer, he served for a year as a director. Before joining Innovations Housing, Kirk spent 12 years in the lumber business as a salesman and general manager. He was also a director and vice president of the Redwood Family Institute in Arcata, California. Kirk is a graduate of Humboldt State University with a degree in Business Administration and a licensed real estate and mortgage broker. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Redding West and the Shasta County Associations of Realtors. Kirk and his wife Maria have two young sons, Ben and Carson. The Waymans enjoy camping, fishing, cycling and playing music.
