Kirk Wayman

Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Kirk Wayman was hired in 2005 as Innovations Housing’s Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Before becoming an officer, Kirk served for a year as a director.

Before joining Innovations Housing, Kirk spent 12 years in the lumber business as a salesman and general manager, most recently with 84 Lumber in Redding California. He was also a director and vice president of the Redwood Family Institute in Arcata, California.

Kirk is a graduate of Humboldt State University in Arcata, California with a degree in
Business Administration and a licensed real estate broker. He is a member of the Rotary West Club in Redding, California, the National, California and Shasta County Associations of Realtors.

Kirk’s strengths include change management, sales, budgeting and forecasting. Kirk and his wife Maria have two young sons, Ben and Carson. The Waymans enjoy camping, fishing, cycling and visits to the coast.
